Do I receive tickets in the post?
No, All of our tickets will be emailed to you and will be added to your online account so that you never lose them. Most of the tickets are gate ready, just walk up and scan the QR code. There will be a few tickets that you may have to collect at the attraction, but instructions will be given if this is the case.
Can I make changes to my booking?
All of our Tickets are purchased direct with Suppliers, changes can be made free of charge up until 5 weeks prior to travel date, this is dependent on availability, if a date change is made then the difference in price will be charged or refunded dependent on date chosen. Any cancellations 5 weeks prior to travel date will result in loss of deposit only.

How long does it take to receive my tickets?
We tell our customers to expect their tickets within 24 hours of receiving full payment but usually they arrive faster than this.
